I found an interesting hobby, it's so lovely and pleases my heart in all kind of ways.!!! Yep!! It's.... Spreading Positive Energy..!!!

There is many way:

• Be so happy that when others look at you they become happy too. Just like laughter and smiles, happiness is contagious too!
• Laugh so hard that it becomes contagious. Tell them a funny story, a joke or remember a funny experience you had together to get the laughter going!
• Dance with them! It’s one of the sure ways to positive energy regardless of your style. 
• Talk about the little things you’re grateful for. Inspire your friends to do the same. Both of you will realize how much there is to be grateful for. (For example, this warm cup of coffee, that you were able to meet with each other, that you have a warm jacket to get through winter and so on…)
• Believe in yourself!!! & etc...

Just put positivity in your mind and your body will follow!  #BeyondScience ....!!!
